After the Ochils Mountaineering Club Dinner we had a quick visit to Moy Rock, which has been creating a bit of a buzz as the new "in" sportsclimbing venue. It's 5 minutes from the main Inverness - Ullapool road between Tore and Contin. It looks like a concrete wall/pile of choss. It's not; we had a great time on the three routes we did: Conglomarete 4+, Corvus 5+ and Scoopy Doo 6a+. Climbers Andy K, Nigel and I. Thanks to Mhairi and Lucy for company and photographs, and to John K for the loan of the harness. For those with too much time on their hands you can watch me frigging the crux of Scoopy- Doo here
