Again, little to report on the outdoor front. In addition to my dislocated shoulder, Mhairi has had a debilitating injury to her right knee, which has necessitated visits to her GP and physio. We've been restricted to easy walking and gentle cycling as a result. Had a pleasant social wekend with OMC at Glenbrittle Hut last weekend.
Good news is that my excellent physio has recommended EASY CLIMBING as the next stage in my shoulder rehab. I'm made up.
Managed a "run" round the carse this morning, without any trouble from shoulder (Legs a different matter). Due to improved physical condition, now able to go shopping for groceries and to weed garden. Swings and roundabouts!
