Thanks to Jim for the belaying, my fantastic NHS physio Ian Stevens, and to Mhairi for putting up with my huffy-puffy exercises and ill-temper. I believe I'm on the road back.

So, nearly seven weeks after my shoulder dislocation, I was back at The Peak climbing wall tonight. Despite my misgivings, everything went better than I could have hoped for.
